The Latest Instagram Health Guru: Sami Clarke

Sami Clarke is a fitness coach and online personality who has built her following to 319k in the last few months. She’s created a healthy community around self-love and good lifestyle habits. Sami posts Instagram live workouts a few times a week that followers can do free. She also has a YouTube account where she posts videos related to food, fitness, skincare and her daily life. She also has her own website with workout and food plans. Her workouts are very effective and have helped a lot of girls gain confidence in themselves.

Inner & Outer Thighs - this workout is posted on her Instagram live page and is only 35 minutes but definitely makes you feel the burn!

35 Minute Arms & Abs - I just did this workout a few days ago and felt so good afterwards. You can use weights or household alternatives to complete this workout, so it can be done almost anywhere!

35 Minute Full Body & Abs - if you’re looking to get your heart rate up, this workout does the trick. It’s a great alternative if you can’t make it to the gym but still want to get a good workout in!


These are just a few of my personal favorites on her Instagram, but there are so many different workouts available for virtually every part of the body. Her workouts are easy to follow and she really aims to help people understand their bodies and what works for them.

Sami is very transparent with her viewers and talks about her struggles with food and “achieving the perfect body.” She gives great advice about how to have balance in your life.

A Day in My Life as a Fitness Trainer - In this video Sami shows what her daily life looks like and how she balances work and play. She lives a very balanced life and helps her viewers understand that you don’t need to be “on” 24/7.
