The Perfect Friendsgiving

This time of year is perfect for hosting a Friendsgiving before we all leave for break. During these times, it’s so important to appreciate everything we have to be thankful for this year. Obviously 2020 has been frustrating (and even terrible) at times, but staying optimistic and focusing on the good aspects of this year can help us get back on track and happy for the year to come. Friendsgiving is a picture perfect time to dress nice, make delicious dishes, and if you’re of age, drink some amazing cocktails.

Food:

It is a super good idea to bring food in a potluck style! Each friend can bring a different dish like stuffing, roasted brussel sprouts, artichoke dip, turkey legs, and fun sweet potato casseroles. Tablespoon.com has fantastic recipes for Thanksgiving dinners and it even tells you the amount of prep and cooking time.

Desserts:

A Friendsgiving is not complete without yummy desserts to finish off the night. There is nothing that brings us back to our childhood more than Turkey Cakes or Apple Pies. We found some of the best looking festive desserts on Delish.com that will get everyone excited for the holidays.

With these dishes, Friendsgiving can be made into a fun and festive time to hang with your best friends and live out your Friendsgiving Pinterest dreams. There are plenty of vegan Friendsgiving options too!

Decorations:

No Friendsgiving is complete without the decor to make you feel like you are celebrating. Whether you base your dinner off of Kylie Jenner’s stylish friendsgiving dinner parties, or cute DIY place settings from Pinterest, no dinner party is complete without pumpkins, and festive place settings of some sort.
