1. BB-Fit: Bailey Brown
Bailey Brown is a well-known Youtuber who makes amazing workouts and has an application so that you can get ready to feel stronger faster! She offers Pilates and Barre style classes to sculpt your entire body. Each month, she will send you a workout calendar and access to all BBFIT challenges. Find more at https://www.bbfit.co/.
2. Apple Fitness+
Coming in late 2020, Apple is introducing a new fitness program. Fitness workouts are designed to work in any space and offer a range of classes led by expert trainers. You can watch these classes on any Apple screen! Check out more.
3. Feel Better Yoga
Feel Better Yoga is Burlington’s great yoga studio right near campus. You can go to their website (https://feelbetteryoganc.com/fby-online-yoga) and join their free online recorded classes and daily live streams. Classes range from 5 to 60 minutes and offer engaging programs with local instructors. Feel Better Yoga, also known as FBY, has a range of yoga classes from Better Aging, Neck, Shoulders, Hips, Deep Stretches to Yoga for Athletes.
4. Nike Training Club
Nike Training Club offers 185 free workouts of varying levels and different personal goals. We particularly enjoy the endurance goal because it keeps us staying active during quarantine in a fun and motivational way!
5. Peloton
Peloton brings classes right to your home via their app. These classes are live streamed from New York and London by world class instructors. There are a variety to choose from: strength, yoga, cardio and so much more. Peloton gives a three-month trial - enough time to see if the application is right for you.
