Sephora Products the Edge Executives are Raving About

Let’s be honest...quarantine has led to lots of us scrolling endlessly through online shops, adding item upon item to our carts. Personally, my Sephora basket is overflowing with tried and true beauty products, as well as ones I’m dying to try. In order to find the best of the best beauty products, I thought, who better to ask than The Edge’s very own executives? Keep scrolling to discover what our executives at The Edge recommend for your next beauty buys!

Aleeza Zinn, Editor in Chief

Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow Volumizing Eyebrow Gel, $24

If you’ve been searching for a great brow product, our Editor in Chief Aleeza recommends this one from Benefit. “I am not exaggerating when I say that this product is a lifesaver,” she said. As someone with light brows, she also added that she and her family are “lifetime buyers” of Gimme Brow once they discovered they don’t have to look eyebrow-less every day.

St. Tropez’s Self Tan Purity Bronzing Water Face Mist, $30

In Aleeza’s opinion, the only thing worse than a bad fake tan is being pale. Luckily, with this self tanner from St. Tropez, she’s been able to avoid both of those scenarios! While she was skeptical about the product at first, she now describes this product as magical.

Who wants dry skin? Absolutely no one. That’s why Creative Director Sydney swears by this moisturizer from Clinique: “It does the trick without making me feel oily,” she explained.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara, $25

As a fan favorite in the beauty world, it’s no surprise that this was a must-buy from both Sydney and Aleeza. Sydney swears that this mascara will make your eyelashes so much longer and fuller than they naturally are.

Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb, $19

Maddy’s first pick is one of my own staples as well. “This product never lets me down,” she said. “Each time I wear it I feel as confident as Rihanna. It is the perfect gloss for the 2000s reemergence that is happening at the moment.

NARS The Multiple in Orgasm, $39

All-in-one beauty products tend to be hit-or-miss, but not this one from NARS. Claire uses this the most for blush, and actually prefers it to the powder option because it makes her skin glow even more.

Caroline Saviano, Fashion Editor

NARS Velvet Lip Glide in Beige Pink, $26

If you’re not usually a lipstick person, this could be the perfect one for you. Ever since Caroline tried this product, her thoughts on lipstick have changed dramatically. “I used to think it didn’t add much to my makeup and I could never find anything that wasn’t too drying or too sticky,” she said. “But this one brings so much color to my face and it is the perfect amount of shine without being a messy gloss.”

Blush should be a staple in everyone’s makeup bag, especially during summer. Caroline loves this product to recreate the popular look of blush everywhere, particularly on your nose. “This is definitely a new favorite of mine,” she said.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer, $47

If you’re looking for a perfect summer face product, this is it. Emma says it’s so breathable and barely feels like there’s any makeup on your skin at all, while still providing plenty of coverage! Another bonus? It has SPF 30.
