Here are some of our favorite influencers for everything from motivation, healthy eats, and workouts.
1. Kelly Yager | @klynnyager
A certified personal trainer, cat mom, and wife! Kelly Yager was once a female bodybuilder but left the industry when it started to take a toll on her mental health. She now is a full-time fitness queen; her Instagram has endless workouts and fitness-related content. If you have a little extra cash she also has a bunch of workout guides that are essential for beginners. Her “Fit and Functional” programs are six-week digital programs The guides range from beginner to advanced and can even be done with no equipment!
2. Natalie Bally | @nattbfit
As a recent college grad, Natalie knows how busy a student's schedule can be. Her high-intensity workouts never fail to make me feel sweaty and strong. She is all about having balance in your life; meaning it's okay if you don't make it to the gym every day, just get that body moving.
3. Lucy Davis | @lucydavis_fit
Our Queen! I mean look at those muscles!! Lucy was an Olympic-bound swimmer who quit after she developed a severe eating disorder. She now runs My Coach School, which is an online training program with her boyfriend. Similar to Kelly Yager if you are not looking to spend money her Instagram has TONS of workouts. She’s especially got your back if you're looking to grow that booty. She’s showed us how strong our bodies really are.
Oh, and did we mention she also has a Youtube channel where she tries crazy workout challenges?
4. Rachel | @rachealsgoodeats
Rachel is basically the reason we got through quarantine. If you didn’t think that twenty minutes could get you a killer workout, after doing one of hers you definitely will. She does weekly Instagram Live workouts, which definitely motivate you at home. On top of being a trainer she's also a registered dietitian.
We highly recommend trying her Peanut Butter Protein Bar recipe, they're to DIE for.
