Bathing Suit Guide for 2021

The recent 70 degree days in North Carolina have us thinking about our swimwear attire for this spring and summer, but finding the perfect suit can be difficult especially with sizing. Some of us may need more coverage or support than others, which may differ depending on the occasion. Not to mention different tastes and styles. We came up with 10 stores with various styles, sizing, and price options to make this easier.

1. 437

The 437 bikinis may look typical at first, but they’ve grown in popularity because of their versatility. The tops are designed to create unlimited styles, and each comes in a few colors. There are matching bottoms in different styles, like cheeky or high waisted depending on what you feel comfortable in. The prices range from about $50 to $75. If you want a simple bikini that you can wear in different ways, 437 is a great choice.

2. Sabo Skirt

If you like fun colors or floral prints, you might like Sabo Skirt. Their prices are reasonable, with their tops and bottoms being $48. They have various tops, with triangle and bandeau styles, but not as much variety in bottoms as most of them are skimpy.

3. Skatie

Skatie is perfect for you if you're looking for a specific style of top or bottom. They have a few different colors and prints, and each comes in 6 or 7 different styles of tops and bottoms. This is amazing because it allows you the flexibility to choose the type of bikini that looks best on your body type. Some of their colors and prints also come in one piece. The tops are $60, and the bottoms are $55.

4. Pacsun

Don’t forget about Pacsun’s bathing suits this spring and summer. They have a wide selection, and the prices are unbeatable, especially since you still get good quality. A majority of the tops or bottoms go for about $25.

5. Athleta

Athleta has great athletic wear, but have you tried the swimwear? If you want a suit that's more athletic or gives coverage on the bottom and supports up top, check out Athleta's suits. If you’re looking for extra support for your boobs, they have a Bra-Sized section. Depending on the style you want, a top or bottom will be $44 to $89.

ASOS is great for a lot of shopping needs, suits included. The best part about it is the sizing. ASOS has everything from regular sizes, to petite, to curved and more. It takes a little more time to go through all their options, but there are good ones and lots for low prices.

8. Revolve

Revolve is similar in how they sell a lot, but it is much more expensive, and the sizes are more limited. However, the options are always stylish and worth considering if you’re willing to spend more money.
