Met Gala Makeup Looks
We’ve had some time to rank our favorite costumes from the Met Gala, but now it’s time to take a closer look at the makeup these stars wore. From bold, colorful looks to classic neutrals, there were a plethora of interesting makeup looks on the red carpet that The Edge has been dying to review.
Hunter Schafer
Hunter Schafer, Euphoria star, rocked the red carpet with her Evangeline AdaLioryn Mermaid Wing Brooch as the centerpiece of her look. The remaining part of her makeup was done by artist Sandy Ganzer using Shiseido makeup products. The white contacts Hunter wore enhanced the eerie look already set by the brooch.
Camila Cabello
Camila Cabello glowed on the Met Gala carpet, coordinating her purple gown with a bold purple smokey eye. Her natural lip color kept our attention focused on her eyes done by makeup artist Patrick Ta. Camila’s whole look was done with L’Oreal products, so it’ll be super easy for us to replicate for our next event.
Diane Kruger
Actress Diane Kruger was a bright light on the carpet in her multicolor neon eye look that matched her neon green Prabal Gurung dress. Her makeup was done by international makeup artist Misha Shahzada. She went with a natural glowy foundation and a nude lip to keep us focused on the bold neons she was flaunting on her eyes.
Kristine Froseth
Kristine Froseth stunned everyone with a classic smokey eye and winged liner. Her makeup look was done by artist Cydle Komarovski. She rocked the natural, fluffy eyebrows and a natural lip gloss. We’re big fans of a subtle, sexy eye look, and Kristine was the epitome of class.
Symone
Symone, also known as the Ebony Enchantress, was sparkling on the Met Gala carpet with her head-to-toe gold costume. The gold smokey eye and nude lip color enhanced the rest of her shining wardrobe.
