Revolve Festival X Coachella
Once a year the Los Angeles airport floods with the world’s hottest names in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry. Upon their arrival, they board buses that drop them off in Palm Springs for an annual music and art festival unlike no other; Coachella.
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival started in 1999. It began as a two-day festival with only 25,000 people in attendance but now has become a two-weekend festival attended by 250,000 people. Not only does Coachella give artists the most iconic stages to perform on, but the festival has also turned into a major fashion show.
If you are well-versed in the fashion, beauty and entertainment community, you probably have watched your favorite influencers attend Coachella and spam their social media platforms with the most extravagant and unbelievable outfits for every afternoon and night of the festival weekend. From bedazzled micro skirts to body chains as tops, Coachella is the event every attendee makes a statement.
The festival has turned into a catwalk and concert all in one and it has also turned into a huge advertising opportunity. From Spotify to Venmo, Celsius and Kendall Jenner’s Tequila Company 818, there’s nothing smarter than to have your company sponsor the millennial event of the year.
Revolve, the online-only shopping destination and vendor for majority of the festival fashion added its own twist to Coachella and the advertising experience. Launching in 2015, Revolve festival was born; the most exclusive party for influencers to attend while at Coachella. While many perceive the Revolve festival to be a part of Coachella, the two events have no correlation. Revolve’s social media presence has run rapidly over the past few years, hiring the trendiest names in fashion as well as influencers with millions of followers. Revolve is notorious for holding extravagant events that generate attention and publicity. Influencers who were invited to the Revolve festival this year enjoyed many perks throughout the weekend, including private concerts featuring Jack Harlow and Post Malone, the Revolve gifting suite, day-time events to create social media content, 2 VIP Coachella tickets, and 818 tequila cocktails from Kendall Jenner’s tequila line.
While we might still be waiting for our invite to the Revolve festival, we can live through this year’s attendees by looking at some of their unforgettable outfits.
ACQUIRED STYLE
Brigette Pheloung, also known as “Acquired Style” on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, has followers wondering how her outfits and hairstyles get better and better every time. Sporting a skirt from Waimari on Revolve, her all white lace ruffled look paired with her green, white, and black cowgirl boots from Toral was an absolute showstopper.
KIT KEENAN
Pink and playful is definitely the vibe that Kit Keenan gives off through her girly festival outfits. Famously known for being a contestant during the 25th season of The Bachelor, Keenan has made her mark on the influencer world by hosting “What’s Kit Cooking,” on her social media platforms and being a fashion icon. Her pink ruffled top and white jean shorts are from Revolve and her swimsuit is from Monica Hansen Beachwear.
REMI BADGER
REMI X REVOLVE is an exciting project Bader is working on this year. Bader is working with Revolve to create a size-inclusive clothing line with sizes XXS-3X. While at Revolve festival, Bader looked stunning in a Camila Coelho Collection black knit two-piece set.
KENDALL JENNER
Kendall Jenner can wear anything to Coachella and still slay the festival fashion game. Jenner is standing in front of a billboard for her tequila company, 818, which was one of this year’s Revolve festival sponsors.
LAUREN WOLF AND MARISSA REN
Y2K is back and has now made its way to festival fashion. Instagram influencers, Lauren Wolf and Marissa Ren embraced their takes on 2000’s fashion by Wolf wearing a denim dress from Revolve with Jeffrey Campbell cowgirl boots and Ren wearing a Kim Shui studio dress.
