My Name
This Korean drama was released in 2021 and focuses on a young woman who is the daughter of a man that was murdered. She joins a group of organized crime in order to get help while seeking revenge for her father’s murder. This drama is filled with plot twists and action with a hint of romance. It is a must-watch and it is available on Netflix!
Vincenzo
By far one of the best action dramas to exist. This show follows Vincenzo Cassano, a Korean-Italian mafia lawyer who returns to Korea to hide the mob's assets. During this show, we get to see how Vincenzo partners with another lawyer who is willing to do anything to win.
Sweet Home
This drama follows a troubled teen who lives in an apartment complex when an apocalyptic horror outbreak happens. Humans are turning into monsters and the people of the apartment complex try to fight for their survival and sanity. This drama was released in 2020 and can be found on Netflix.
Sisyphus: The Myth
This drama follows a young woman as she time travels to the past in search of an engineer in order to prevent a disastrous war from happening. The future where she comes from is in a post-nuclear apocalypse state. This is more of a sci-fi-action-based drama, so if you're into that, we definitely recommend checking this show out!
The Glory
This is one of the newest Korean drama releases on Netflix. It follows the story of a woman who was bullied and abused by her well-off peers. They had no consequences and she was forced to lead a sad life. She plans out her revenge and then returns years later to execute it. This drama has so many twists and turns and will leave you anxiously waiting for the next episode.
All of Us Are Dead
Set in a high school where an infectious disease outbreak causes people to turn into human-eating zombies, this show follows a group of students navigating and trying to flee the school while trying to stay alive.
