Summer Fridays Product Review

In 2018, beauty bloggers Lauren Gores Ireland and Marianna Hewitt launched their own skincare brand called Summer Fridays. The brand took on the task of marketing themselves to the trendy traveler by starting with their Jet Lag Mask, a hydrating mask with many purposes.

Users can apply the mask at various steps in their beauty routines depending on which function they want it to serve the moment, such as a primer, a moisturizer, or a hydrating mask. In a world where the modern women may be told they need a thousand different products for one problem, this product seemed like the best thing since sliced bread. And…..it is!

The Jet Lag Mask  is made without parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, or synthetic fragrances and is cruelty free, vegan, and made in the United States — seven values that Summer Fridays has kept consistent with their brand in all of their products.

Since the launch of the Jet Lag Mask, Summer Fridays had launched three more products: the R+R Mask, the Overtime Mask, and the CC Me Serum. For those living in the United states, Summer Fridays can be found on the Summer Fridays.com or at Sephora.

Jet Lag Mask

This product feels like a cloud in a tube! If there was a holy grail product for dry skin this would be it. For those with dry skin, it can sometimes feel as if there’s no solution, but with this product, what you feel at first try is what you get. Your skin will be drenched in moisturizing ingredients such as vitamin C and chestnut extracts. 

Overtime Mask

Call Marianna and Lauren and tell them to make a candle out of this scent because this tube is bursting at the seams with fall vibes! This product is intended to gently exfoliate the skink, leaving a bright complexion. It does just that and more, exfoliating with apricot seed and hydrating new skin with pumpkin, vitamin E, and oat kernel protein. 

R+R Mask

This product is the closest thing to an English rose garden that we could find and will make you glow like the sun. First, the product exfoliates the skin using rose powder from real roses! This power also accelerates the growth of cell regeneration. Then this product uses avocado, grape seed and Argan oil to hydrate the skin and leave it glowing all day into the night. Add this product into your morning routine, and you won't regret it! 

CC Me Serum

Last but not least, the CC Me Serum is the all-in-one trick for great skin. This product hydrates and targets dark spots with vitamin C and peptide complex. Squalane leaves your skin with a protective barrier so you can take on the day without worrying about which air pollutants are touching your skin. These are only a few of the amazing ingredients this soft luxurious serum has in store for your skin.
