5 Euro Influencers to Make your Style a Little More Worldly

Fashion influencers on Instagram are a league of their own; there are accounts to follow for everyone’s personal taste.  Whether you’re edgy or girly, or just want to know what the girls who are at the height of their fashion game are wearing, there’s someone for everyone.

These influencers are now the ones sitting front row at Fashion Week.  WeWoreWhat and Arielle Charnas are among some of the largest names in this category of trendsetters.  They post daily pictures of their outfits that perfectly compliment their New York City lifestyle. We often look to them for style inspiration, but what are the girls overseas wearing?

There is a slew of European fashion influencers who can help open your eyes to a different world of style.  Most of the trends we see are universally accepted, however, these girls have a different way of pairing their trendy platforms with their Chanel Boy Bag.  Here are five girls from different countries who may be able to inspire you to step out of your NYC street style and onto the beaches of Barcelona or the cobblestone of Copenhagen.

Josefine H. J  @josefinehj

She’s  blonde haired, blue-eyed girl from Denmark who has made quite a dent in the fashion community.  Her unique Nordic style is worth taking a look at. Josefine just did a collab with NastyGal, so you can easily shop her style.  Her posts consistently showcase her simple, neutral style… she’s not afraid of a good oversized blazer!  Black, white and denim are most likely the majority of her closet, but she manages to take the simple things and elevate them to reflect her cool vibes.

Ares Aixala @aresaixala

Ares is from Barcelona, but her style is far from just beachy.  She wears nearly anything that she can get her hands on, from fringed jackets and cowboy boots to biker shorts and bucket hats.  She wears it all and still looks incredible. She does an incredible job of incorporating high end pieces into everyday outfits without making a spectacle of it. And can mix nearly any pieces together and make it work.  One of my favorite looks of her’s was a powder blue Maje two-piece with a white Nike sports bra underneath. I don’t know how...but it worked.

Laura Eguizabal @lauraeguizabal

The way this woman dresses makes her look like she owns fashion.  She has long dark brown hair that makes all of her outfits look effortlessly chic.  She could wear a full length ball gown to the supermarket and no one could rightfully question her.  Puffy sleeves, oversized dresses, and statement sunglasses are the key pieces in her wardrobe. Safe to say she knows how to make it work for a walk down the streets of Madrid.

Gilda Ambrosio @gildaambrosio

Gilda is an Italian girl with insanely colorfu,l yet completely eloquent Italian style.  She takes most of her photos where she spends most of her time: the coast. That’s why her colorful fashion works so well with her lifestyle.  No matter how formal the event is, she manages to bring an element of casual fun through bright red heels or zebra print cowboy boots. In a world where a lot of people believe black is the new black, Gilda does color, and she does it well.

Marie von Behrens @mvb

Marie von Behrens is a German-born influencer, but her style is certainly not just confined to her homeland.  She travels between Paris, New York, and California. She is incredibly cool and her style exudes it.  You can catch her in black or white on the daily, but it’s such a unique look she has that makes her outfits.  Her messy blonde waves and fantastic collection of designer bags make her spandex shorts look like she showed up without being told to dress to impress.  Not to mention, her Instagram account is the perfect amount of intimate to compliment her simple style.
