How to Twin With Billie Eilish

If you haven’t heard of Billie Eilish, you must be living under a rock. This seventeen-year-old LA pop prodigy has become one of the most influential and innovative artists of our generation. Whoever said teen angst has been lost with the 90s clearly has yet to listen to her eery and strange but, addicting music.

Eilish proves that being genuine and vulnerable with your emotions is admirable. Cool, even. Not only that, but her aesthetic and style are one to be reckoned with. We would be lying if we ever said that he is your normal cookie-cutter pop star. 

But, we have to admit that we have been super excited the past few weeks. Billie Eilish recently just launched a limited-edition collection in collaboration with Urban Outfitters. Now, we can finally dress like our favorite teen idol. 

The collection focuses on matching sweatsuits, bucket hats, and baggy tees. With a major statement ski mask and a neon green t-shirt dress, Billie proves that in 2019 we should be focusing on the creativity behind our clothes. Urban Outfitters has made this singer’s collaboration as desirable as her authenticity is by highlighting the unconventionality and futuristic essence of her personal style.

Just as Billie dresses, you should feel comfortable and confident in the clothes you wear. Her fashion demonstrates that the way your body may or may not be shaped should not have any effect on how you feel about your outfit each day. Her collaboration hopes to utilize big baggy silhouettes so no one can make assumptions, judge, or body shame another.

Billie said it best during her latest Calvin Klein ad: “Nobody can have an opinion because they haven't seen what’s underneath. Nobody can be like, ‘she’s slim-thick,’ ‘she’s not slim-thick,’ ‘she’s got a flat ass,’ ‘she's got a fat ass.’ No one can say any of that because they don't know.”

It’s not like we will ever be able to pull off looks like Billie can, but the least we can do is try. And, lucky for us her latest apparel launch is dripping with her own personal style.
