Start with exploring downtown by shopping on King Street, going to the Charleston city market, seeing a rainbow, and seeing all the historic landmarks of the city. About 15 minutes from the city is Folly Beach, which includes a cute downtown and lots of fun in the sun.

Known for its good eats, Charleston is full of plenty of places to indulge. Since it’s right by the water, seafood is a must in this city. Some of the best seafood places include 167 Raw and Water’s Edge. At some of the restaurants by the water you can even see dolphins jumping! Other places to eat include the Blind Tiger Pub, Magnolias, and the bakery called Sugar. Sugar will cure your sweet tooth craving for sure!
