Streaming music has become the trend for our generation and has almost entirely phased out of iTunes and downloaded music. Spotify as a streaming platform features endless genres of music and offers incredible ways to get connected to new artists and songs outside of your normal rotation of music. They make it easy for any user to discover music that fits any mood or scenario. The freedom Spotify provides to create unique playlists is what appeals to users so much, but often people forget about the myriad of pre-created playlists the platform provides for its users to take advantage of. Here are some of our favorite Spotify playlists for every occasion!
For a rainy day:
Mood Booster → this literal “mood booster” features current pop artists like Khalid, Post Malone and Julia Roberts for an upbeat and energizing vibe.
All the Feels → if it’s one of those rainy days you would rather just saulk in the sadness reflected by the sky, this mix of slow pop is the way to go. It features lots of Drake and The Weekend.
For a beautiful day:
Have a Great Day → this upbeat playlist features some great throwback hits and artists like Train, Jack Johnson and Elton John.
Country Gold → country music is best enjoyed on a warm and sunny day, and this playlist is the best collection of the latest and greatest country hits from Kenny Chesney to Florida Georgia Line.
For a long drive:
Mega Hit Mix → this is the perfect energetic and fast paced music selection to keep you awake on a long drive, featuring artists like Bazzi and Travis Scott.
All Out 00s → long drives go by faster when you’re singing your heart out, so check out this playlist for some of the best throwbacks from our childhood, like songs from Usher and *NSYNC.
For the gym:
Beast Mode → this intense playlist includes all the hype music you need to power you through a long and tough workout. It includes bops from J Cole and Kendrick Lamar.
Power Run 145 BPM → if you’re more of a runner than a lifter, this playlist is perfect to get your blood pumping with songs that have 145 beats per minute.
For studying:
Deep Focus → this playlist is a 10 hr long variety of relaxing tracks that include nature sounds and electronica type of relaxing sounds.
Acoustic Calm → if you’re an acoustic fan, then you’ll love this playlist. It features tracks that aren’t distracting and are still interesting enough to not put you to sleep!
