Well-Suited For Spring

To suit up for Spring, business casual is all the buzz. Taking a modern spin on the traditional workday look by introducing fun colors, oversized blazers and flared pants, the suit is one of the hottest trends of the season.

To get this look, you don’t necessarily have to purchase a matching suit set, but instead you can use pieces you already have in your closet to achieve this goal. I styled an all-black and and all-white look from pieces I had in my closet inspired by this new trend:

For the all-white look, I paired white flare jeans, a white crop top, white boots and an ivory blazer. As the weather starts to warm up, this look could be elevated by wearing white shorts, or flowy skirt paired with a nude pump or an espadrille.

Taking your own spin on the black suit look is extremely customizable. Incorporate your favorite pair of black pants (leather, suede, flare, ripped) with a black blazer. To dress down the look try a white t-shirt, but to dress it up, a cropped shirt or a blouse would work depending on the occasion, with a heel or bootie.
