The Zodiac Signs as Songs from “Midnights” by Taylor Swift
From sprinkler splashes to fireplace ashes, we waited ages for TS10 and Swifties... we finally got it! After months of trying to guess the mastermind’s next move, when the clock hit midnight on Friday, October 21, our ears were blessed with the introspective and dream-like “Midnights.” Whenever a new Taylor Swift album comes out, you already know we have to assign your zodiac sign to a song; however, we apologize in advance for calling some of you out. Aries (March 21 - April 19): Karma
It’s evident that Aries and Karma “vibe like that.” Ruled by the planet Mars, this passionate sign loves karma and when karma seems to be taking its sweet time, they become the karma.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20): Mastermind
There is nothing the detailed and stubborn Taurus loves more than getting their way. They will do what it takes so the dominoes cascade in a line. The bull is the ultimate mastermind and plans the future far in advance to make sure everything goes exactly as they want it to; however, when it doesn’t, they nearly fall apart.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20): Lavender Haze
The Gemini is a firm believer that they are “damned if they do give a damn what people say,” so they often march to the beat of their own drums. The flirty and charismatic Gemini also loves love. They do not always commit, but they find the honeymoon phase or the ‘Lavender Haze’ to be exciting.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22): Sweet Nothing
The nostalgic and soft-hearted Cancer loves the feeling of finding home in a person. It is comforting to them, especially when their love is simple and sweet and there are no expectations or owing anyone anything, just each other’s company and care.

Best believe they are still bejeweled when they walk into the room. Leo’s make the whole place shimmer. This Lion’s unique energy is genuinely magnetic and they possess that je ne sais quoi shine that you can’t help but notice.

A Virgo’s motto is truly “if it rises fast, it can’t last.” They like to take their time with getting to know a person before it escalates into something more; however, knowing Virgo’s, they will probably get the ick before things even have the chance to escalate. On top of this, these earth signs are quite hesitant to let their guard down, so between nit-picking every detail of an individual and being scared to let them in, they are bound to go “uh oh” when they realize they have fallen in love.
Libra (September 23 - October 22): Question...?
Libras, you need to stop digging into every little thing that people say. We know closure helps your overthinking tendencies and you may just like some explanations, but sometimes it’s better not to ask questions for your own sake.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21): Vigilante Sh*t
Scorpios don’t get sad; they get even. Vigilante Sh*t perfectly represents the intensity of a Scorpio. When betrayed, they will always give people a taste of their own medicine and hold it over their heads no matter how much time has passed.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21): Midnight Rain
The restless and spunky Saggitarius gets bored quickly and craves the rush in relationships/friendships. They search for adventure in the mundane things and tend to romanticize life. It makes sense why the Saggitarius queen, Taylor herself, wrote, “he wanted it comfortable, I wanted that pain, he wanted a bride, I was making my own name, chasing that fame.” No shame in it; that’s just the fire.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19): You’re On Your Own, Kid
Capricorns are pretty hyper-independent individuals. Most of the time, it’s not because they want to be but because they have to be. They are also highly critical of themselves and almost always hold themselves to near-unrealistic expectations, but will never show that to the public eye.

You push people away if you think you don’t deserve them, and you probably have an avoidant attachment style as well.
