Welcome to Second Home Hollywood

Approximately 2,490 miles from the home we have each made here in Elon, North Carolina lies another piece of Elon — a second home… literally. Second Home Hollywood, located in the heart of Los Angeles, is a co-working office space and cultural venue often dubbed as LA’s healthiest workspace — and it just so happens to be where Elon students find their little corner of the West Coast.

With a restaurant on site, garden pod style offices and a clean, eclectic indoor/outdoor layout, this celebrity-frequented campus is the perfect balance of professional and relaxed. At Second Home, you’re really doing the thing. By that we mean that every day, you are surrounded by the entertainment industry as it moves, evolves and functions. You are sharing a space with not only your Elon peers but also working screenwriters, actors, directors, etc. While there might not be any oak trees in this West Coast oasis, with over 6,500 plants, Second Home is LA’s most dense urban forest and is dedicated to supporting community, innovation and entrepreneurship. So, if you’re jetting off on the Elon Los Angeles program or are still considering your options, here’s a peek into the Shangri-La of California office spaces. I used to live out west, and so can you!

With its immaculately curated, naturally bright and modern aesthetic, Second Home is just so very LA. With a lush two-acre campus, complimentary organic tea and coffee services and phone booths perfect for business calls or self tapes, this place is absolutely camera ready (and Elon here, looks oh so beautiful on film). At Second Home, Elon has two pod-style garden offices right across from each other, both ready with all the essentials aspiring entertainment industry professionals need. The first Elon pod is comfort and style at its finest. With a vintage design aesthetic, eclectic furniture, large conference table and a screen, this space is used primarily for the internship class, as a place for student study and is also rented to companies to use for their meetings. It has a bright coffee shop feel to it and really is a great space to make that pitch deck for class or get inspired.

The second Elon pod is the more traditional classroom style. With large desks including attached power outlets, a large screen, eye-catching yellow flooring and full 360 degree windows, this is definitely the most refreshing college classroom you’ll likely ever step foot in. A space for directing, comedy writing and studying, this multipurpose classroom is the epitome of functionality.
