Spring Nail Trends to Look Out For
It feels like spring is already here. With the warm weather just around the corner, there’s no better way to kick off the season than with a fresh manicure! We thought we would share some nail inspo for the upcoming weeks and take a look at the hottest trends right now.
Micro-French Nails
This takes a classic nail look and gives it a fresh look! Instead of the thick white lines, we’re seeing a lot of smaller, thin lines, which is great if you’re looking to add subtle color or minimal nail art.
Lip Gloss Nails
Starting with a revised version of the “glaze donut” nail of 2022, we’d like to introduce the “lip gloss” nail. This is just a simple nude color, or, if you’re in a rush, just keeping your nail bare and applying a clear coat on top to keep your nails looking natural and healthy.
Floral Designs
We’ve seen this trend before in the past, and it’s perfect for the springtime! It can be done classic and colorful, or more toned down and chic! We don’t think it’s going to be a celebrity favorite look, but it’s definitely going to be something we’re going to be seeing a lot of on Pinterest.
Pastels
What is more spring than a light and airy color palette? We saw something similar to this trend with the “ballet core” last fall, but a light baby pink is always a classic. We predict lots of light yellows, greens and blue polish colors coming soon!
Bubble Accents
This trend just goes to show that we’ll try to incorporate anything with gemstones, pearls and even confetti into nail art to spice things up. However, all over TikTok we’re seeing nail artists take thick polish and forming a clear bubble on top of any nail design or color. It’s definitely something to look out for!
Velvet Nails
Going off of the “glazed donut” and “lip gloss” nail trends, velvet nails are bringing back the shimmer — and are arguably adored by anyone!
