Jimmy Choo's New Chargeable Shoes

Does anyone else have a hard time finding snow boots that are actually comfortable enough  to wear AND are cute? Usually snow shoes are too heavy and bulky ,and really destroy your outfit. What are you going to do? You can’t just freeze, so most of us will just give in and buy the horrid boots.

I’ve spoken too soon, now there’s another option. Jimmy Choo just debuted a thermal boot line that is not only ingenious, but the luxury shoe brand didn’t fail to make them stylish as well.

These boots have an innovative technology that can keep your feet warm in snow, rain, and everything in between. The temperature of the boots range between 77°F and 113°F; you can control the temperature by downloading an app! The power lasts for up to 8 hours and can be recharged through a USB port. But don’t worry, it’s hidden obviously.

The soles are also water resistant because snow and water go hand in hand. It doesn’t even need to be snowing to wear these, they double up as rain boots or just a fun pair to dress up with some light-wash ripped jeans and a chunky cabled sweater!

Jimmy Choo really bridged the gap between fashion and technology and intertwined them in a genius manner. This  design is currently available for pre-order in white, and available for purchase in black and navy. Reviews so far have been positive, saying that they are not clunky and supposedly fairly lightweight too! Bonus, the boots also tracks steps!

Women aren’t the only ones to be able to indulge in these. They’re available in mens in two colors- black and royal blue.

Sandra Choi, Jimmy Choo creative director said, “A boot that warms the feet seemed like the ultimate luxury, but a fundamentally practical one — after all, what could  be more luxurious on a freezing day than using your phone to remotely keep your feet beautifully snug? The Jimmy Choo Voyager is a boot like no other.”

On sale for $1,795, these shoes will make walking to your 8 a.m. in the frigid weather much more enjoyable. Keep an eye out for The Voyagers and who knows, maybe you’ll find a pair under your Christmas tree in a month!
