The Best Free At-Home Workouts For Quarantine

Now that social distancing is the situation for the next month or so, we’re going to be spending a lot of time at home—which means no time at the gym.

We all love a good workout, and that doesn’t need to change because of COVID-19. There are plenty of amazing at-home workouts, and thanks to the Internet, many free ones. Here are some of our favorites:

Chloe Ting’s 2-Week Shred Challenge

This two-week challenge targets your whole body. Each day ranges from 23-47 minutes, and not a single workout requires any equipment other than an open space. Plus, the videos help a lot if you need some visual motivation to get you going. Find the challenge here.

Each workout lasts 28 minutes, and while that doesn’t sound like enough time to have you dying—trust us, it is.
