What To Expect For Fall Fashion

New-season means new trends. With Fall right around the corner, we can begin to expect a transition into new styles but some classic looks from last year are here to stay. Here are some recurring trends from last year and how we can continue to elevate them this season. 

Last fall, we saw a lot of new preppy styles with skirts, button-downs, and vests. Preppy does not have to mean Vineyard Vines or Ralph Lauren, instead, it can be turned into something more fashion-forward. It is all about the layering this year and that is here to stay.  

More trends that are here to stay are oversized blazers, sweater vests, and leather jackets/ pants. The Melania pants from Aritzia took Tik Tok by storm this past year, and now there are many more colors and fits to choose from. There are also a plethora of dupes that one can find at a cheaper price. 

Fall is the best time of year to be creative with your clothes. As we transition away from dresses and skirts in the scorching summer heat, we can jump into a more relaxed yet put-together outfit for fall. There are so many fun ways we can incorporate these trends without looking too under or overdressed. I am excited to see what new trends come this fall but am pleased that these classic looks are here to stay.
