LoveShackFancy in London

LoveShackFancy, the brand known for its unique boutiques across America, just opened its first store overseas in London. Each store is decorated with vintage furniture pieces and covered in LoveShackFancy’s iconic floral patterns. Their new London location is in the heart of Notting Hill, an area known for its charm and warm energy. And with one of the brand's favorite places to source prints, fabrics, and laces being just down the street, it was the perfect place to open their first international store.

When decorating the new London store, LoveShackFancy designers knew they wanted to make it even fancier than their other locations. All of the furniture in the store is vintage and sourced from UK vendors. And, each carefully curated bouquet was created by a UK florist, Moyses Stevens. The store’s molding and ceiling is covered in over six-hundred plaster roses that were custom made for this location.

Creator of LoveShackFancy, Rebecca Cohen, wants the store to feel like the ultimate girl club. She says that her customers in London tend to elevate their pieces, so there will be many classic, but bold, pieces in the store. The store itself is meant to look like its been there forever, which gives it the versatility to be admired by all ages.

Here at The Edge, we’re wishing we could buy a plane ticket to London just to check out the new storefront. It seems like whether you buy a piece or not, stepping into LoveShackFancy’s new location will be an ethereal experience. If you happen to be traveling to London sometime soon, you can check out the new location at 192 Westbourne Grove, London, United Kingdom W11 2RH.
